Premixed bags list their yield on the package. Standard concrete mix gives about 0.30 ft³ per 40 lb, 0.45 ft³ per 60 lb and 0.60 ft³ per 80 lb bag (QUIKRETE and SAKRETE data sheets). That works out to 90, 60 and 45 bags per cubic yard.
How do I measure for a bags pour?
- Enter the volume in cubic yards. For cubic feet, divide by 27 first.
- The bag count is always rounded up to a whole bag.
- Specialty mixes (fast-setting, high-strength, 5000 psi) can print a different yield. Check your bag and divide by that number.
